We strictly follow ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials standards) standards for float glass manufacturing and ensure all our processes and production procedures are in strict coordination with the ASTM standard lines, while incorporating all other relevant ISO certifications.
Nonetheless, for our containers glass manufacturing facilities we successfully adhere to all related national and international standards of production and ensure zero deviation from the standards. The certifications that we follow include:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)
- FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) – for Food & Beverage glass containers in particular.
FSSC 22000 is fully recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is based on existing ISO Standards. It demonstrates company has a robust Food Safety Management System in place that meets the requirements of your customers and consumers.
- ISO 15378 (Good Manufacturing Practices GMP standard) for pharmaceutical glass containers manufacturing)
- Supplier Guiding Principle (SGP)for Food & Beverage glass containers manufacturing)
- Human and workplace right standard introduced by Coca Cola which is globally recognized.
- ISO 14644-1 / Class 100,000 / Class 8 (Clean Room Certification), where HEPA, HVAC parametric control, training and protocolized entrance make possible to abide by customer’s commitment as a supplier of primary packaging for medicinal products.
While introducing for the first time in country, Ghani has taken the lead for Class 100,000 Clean Room Facility along with an automatic shrink wrap packaging, ensuring no man handling and getting the pharmaceutical glass containers to be packed in ready to be filled packaging.
